Visit RateMyOpenHouse.com, click on "Get Started," complete the registration form with your contact details and password, and follow the prompts to set up your free trial.
Sign in to your RateMyOpenHouse.com account, navigate to the "My Profile" section, enter the desired name into the "Name" field, and click "Save."
Sign in to your RateMyOpenHouse.com account, click on "My Profile," enter your phone number in the "Mobile" field, click "Save," then click "Verify" next to your phone number. Enter the 4-digit code sent to your phone and click "Verify Code."
Sign in to your account, navigate to the "Open Houses" page, click the "Add New" button, enter the address of your open house, and click "Submit."
Sign in to your account, navigate to the "Open Houses" page, locate the open house, click the pencil icon, edit the address, and click "Submit."
Sign in to your account, navigate to the "Open Houses" page, locate the open house you wish to archive, click the pencil icon, and click "Archive." Note that this action will permanently delete the open house.
Sign in to your account, navigate to the "Open Houses" page, locate the open house, click "None" under incentives, enter the desired dollar amount ($5 to $20), select the gift card type, and click "Select."
Sign in to your account, navigate to the "Open Houses" page, locate the open house, click "More," then in the "Survey" section, click the currently connected form. Select the desired form and click "Select."
Sign in to your account, navigate to the "Open Houses" page, locate the open house, click "More," then in the "Survey" section, click the currently connected form. Click "Add New" to create a new form, enter a name and questions, select response types, and click "Save Form."
Sign in to your account, navigate to the "My Profile" section, enter the assistant/team member’s email address in the "Email (cc) New Leads to" field, and click "Save."
Sign in to your account, navigate to the "Buyer Leads" section, click "Export to CRM." An email with an attached .CSV file containing your leads will be sent to your account email. The leads will be exported using the selected template in your profile settings.
Sign in to your account, navigate to the "Open Houses" page, find the desired open house, click "More," then in the "Feedback" section, click the number representing the leads. Click "Export to CRM," and an email with an attached .CSV file will be sent to your account email.
Sign in to your account, navigate to the "Open Houses" page, click the "More" section for the open house with the "Active QR" selected, and click "View" in the QRCode section. You can download the QR code by clicking the "Download" link.
The "Active QR" determines which open house the QR code is connected to. To change it, click the QR code icon above the desired open house address. This will update where the QR code sends users who scan it, without changing the QR code itself.
